 in my report i am using group by with status
 
i want all group subtotal in report footer

Use a subreport in the footer that replicates your report but cahnge it to suppress everything (in the subreport) other than group footers where you show the totals.

Basically you can just make a copy of the exisiting report and stick it in the footer. If you have user defined parameters you will have to pass those into the report and this makes it more difficult. Hopefully you do not have these. If you do search this forum to see how to use those.

When you insert the subreport in the footer, edit it to hide everything other than your footer field that you want to display.
You will have to decide how to link it to the main report. It may not need to be linked at all based on your select statement for the data.
As for the background processing error I cannot tell you why you got that.

thanks for help! I rectified that error.I Supressed the details section in subreport that why i got that error.now i suppress only fileds not whole details section. This will be helpful for others.
 
Finally i calculate the subtotal for each service but now i am struggling in sum up the all subtotal that is grand total. I am creating formula below
but i got error
"This field cannot be summarized"

You cannot Sum a Field that is already Summing (or counting) other rows.
What is your formula for the @WeightSubTotal?
You may just be able to create another formula for the grand total.
Or you may be able to replace both of them using variables or Running Totals.

Now i want sum the both credit and debit report total in another report namely MRP Report
