	Within my Report I use Insert -> Picture and place a JPG in the Page Header. Initially it displays fine, but when closing the report and re-opening it the image disappears with just the container showing. Does Crystal Support JPG's or purely BMP's, or is there something else which could be causing this to happen. Thanks in advance

	It seems to work, i.e the image shows if I set the Graphic Location to a path, but I only want to embed the graphic

	I use .jpg files all the time, without any problems. What version of Crystal are you using? Have you installed any updates/fix packs? If not, I would look at doing so to see if that solves your problem. -Dell

	Thanks for the reply. Using Crystal Reports Developer, Product Type Full and the product version is 11.00.1282. Are there further updates available, and are they downloadable from the businessobjects site. Thanks

	Yes there are updates available. Go to www.businessobjects.com and click on Support and then on Downloads. There are three service packs available for Crystal XI. -Dell
