	Hello...beginner crystal user here... I am using crystal 9. My field is {ticket.Status_History_Resolved_TIME} This returns time in minutes. How do I show this on my report in HOURS. Do I create a new formula to do this or do i include a formula in the report explorer formula field? tia

	I would just create a new formula and divide by 60.

	If you need to show the time in Hours and Minutes instead of, for example 1.75 hours, try this: toText(({ticket.Status_History_Resolved_TIME}\60), 0) + ":" +toText(({ticket.Status_History_Resolved_TIME} mod 60), "00") Note that there is a backslash ('\') instead of a regular "divide" slash ('/') in the first part. This does an "integer divide" which just gives you the integer part of the result without rounding it. -Dell
