Error - "The Action is only valid for products that are currently installed" when right clicked on a Crystal Reports file. The crystal is installed - Dont know why. The registry has values.

I don't know, but what 'action' are you trying to do when this happens?

When a report file is created and saved on a hard disk, I am trying to associate the file to "open with" Crystal Report "Programs available on the list" when right clicked on the file.
