	I am trying to create a Running Total, and i do not want it to evaluate any inforamtion that is suppressed. Any thoughts?

	RunningTotals will include the suppressed records also. If you want to use RunnigTotals, use the select expert on the particular column to filter the records that you want to be suppressed and then apply RunnigTotals on that Column. 	The running totals tool has an evaulation option as well. You could check the option and have it evaluate whether to add the data or not.
