I have a problem that I am not able to solve.

 

Background : My team and I are developping an application written in Java. We are using Db2 database and as IDE we use IBM RSDP. The IDE has an integrated Crystal Reports module.

 

Problem : The database contains string fields that have diacritics. The special characters (romanian special characters, for example, like ş, ţ) are not shown in the report that we export, they are replaced by another symbol - question mark (?).

 

Is there a way to show the diacritics?
