I have used Cross tab with 3 rows, one column and one summarized field. The cross tab shows rows with Total. In total I need the row value instead of just 'Total' word. It should say 'XYZ' total and not just Total word. Please provide me the solution. Thanks,

If you right-click on that field in Design mode, you can edit it and change what text is displayed. There is also a property called 'Text' that lets you use a formula to determine what is displayed there.

I talk about cross-tabs in great detail and tips for formatting them in Chapter 13 of my Encyclopedia book. You can find out more about my books at Amazon.com or reading the Crystal Reports eBooks online.

Thanks for your reply .I want to display the datavalue in Total and not just label as 'Total'. For an example for state 'MA' it should display as 'MA Total'.
