Hello, I have areport i want to suppress the page footer and display it at the end page of the report ,I use aformula with suppress blank selection
that is 'Not OnLastpage' but when i try to save it display an error message
tha it need anumber or string or many other fields
 please help me

Try moving the information in the page footer to the report footer. This will allow you to print the information at the end of the report without doing any coding.

To do it with a formula I think you want to place it in the "Suppress (no drill down)" option in the section expent. Also I'm not familiar with the "on lastpage" command - "on lastrecord" may work.

The problem is that the report footer stick directly with the last record and there is no way to control this,i use the "Suppress (no drill down)" and try to use onlast page  , onlastrecord don't make what i want

You can use the required text in Report footer ,and in section expert of ur Report footer check the option "New Page before". So it will not get displayed after the last record but gets displayed on the last page of the report.

That will not create a blank page. Where ever ur last record ends, the text in the report footer comes on the very next page.

i need it it in the same page but need an enough area between the last record and the report footer so that the reprot footer is in the end of the page
