	When I run a basic report I am able to retrieve all clients and their basic information. When I add a filed, such as "Diagnosis" or "Marital Status" the report only produces clients that have notations in those fields others are not available. Suggestions?

	Does the report contain multiple tables? Chances are this is a join issues You most likely need to change the links between the tables from an inner join to either a left or right outter join. You can change the join option between tables in the links tab under Database/Database Expert. Hope this helps. Sarah
