Here is what I believe is the problem. Cross Tab reports are not the tool to use for this solution. They dont give the flexibility you need.

When I went back through the posts to your question forum member Savan essentially gave you the same solution I was going to offer. So look at that post. However, you will need to create a new report and abandon the crosstab design.

Savan lists 3 levels of grouping
Grp 1 Center
Grp2  Acct_Main
Grp3 Acct_Sub

Follow Savan's data link suggestion and group suppression suggestions.

I am not sure where your remaining details come from but if you take Savan's solution you should be close enough to work out the rest of the design.

I do a lot of accounting style reports and find this type of design gives me what you are looking for.

Mr.savan gave me the solution is not up to my requirement. if this problem can't be solved through cross tab report then no prob. it may be solved by some other method.

if u can understand that each centre should have its own data in the report and each centre should be on the right side of each data. i.e

                              karachi                                     lahore
                  dr1  cr1  dr2  cr2  dr3  cr3       dr1  cr1  dr2  cr2  dr3  cr3
acc main
    acc sub

and all other centre should must be on the right side......... u may have the question about paper. the width of the paper is limited. but the report goes on next page and we can join papers with gum.

i would be thankful if someone give me the solution.

If each center has a fixed number of cr and dr columns you could use formulas to place the data. You could use something like this to place cr1 for Karachi under it that name:

if center = "karachi then
cr1
else

This assumes you have properly related the data query to each center. If the number of cr and dr fields is not constant then this design may not work.

I am not sure how you can do what you want without a large amount of coding. Perhaps others will have a better solution or improve upon my thoughts.
