hi,
i want to create a sales report for each week but the previous weeks data wants to be shown on top for reference for one year. how can i make this report

I am not 100% clear on what you are trying to achieve but here is something to try:
1) Create a formula to identify all of those records that are in the previous week using something like If {Date Field}>CurrentDate-7 Then "Yes" else "No"
2) Insert this into the details section
3) Create a custom group based on the results "Yes"
4) Customise the formula and custom group criteria to give what you need.
