Hi All,

This is cris,I am newbie to this forum.I have a problem when exporting a report to html 4.0.I am using crystal report 8.5.
There is no problem in the data when exorted Html 4.0.But, when we export in to html 4.0 with page navigator option, the final  html file will have a navigation buttons.

My issue is, it gives a lots of spaces between the data and the page navigation section.when i see the html code of the report, the navigation buttons are placed in a DIV id and its top position is mentioned 834px.

even the file having two rows or 8 rows the top position value is 834px.

Is there any way to format the html when export to HTML 4.0?

thanks

Hi Cris,

Do the following,

Suppress empty headers and footers in the report.

Then

Go to File Menu Select Page Setup and set the top and bottom margins to 0 this should resolve the issue.

Cheers
