Hi All,

Probably a newbie question but I'll fire away. I have built a report that has the following headers from 4 different tables:

ID, SiteName, SiteManager, SiteInspector, SiteSupervisor

However, some of the sites do not have a SiteInspector or SiteSupervisor assigned on the system. When I run the report these sites are omitted.

I have tried producing an IF statement with IsNull to return a standard text value but it doesn't seem to work.

Please help!

Cheers,
A

this has to do with how you joined the tables and also if you have any select statement that might turn an outer join into more of an inner join. Likely you will want a left join between Sites and SiteInspector and SiteSupervisor tables
