	I know you can keep sections together when they are of the same category. Is it possible to keep two different sections together by using a formula or another way? For Example, I would like to keep "Group Header#1c "and "Details a" together.

	if they are not set to conditionally grow: create a group header 1c (which moves your current 1c to 1d) make the new 1c the height of 1d and details a combined set the new 1c to underlay following sections set the new 1c to keep together
