Topic: Suppress Field Formula but not on top of new page Posted: 20 Jun 2014 at 7:29am
I have a report that I use the suppress formula: if previous(field) = field. It works great, however I want the field to display on the top of a new page. What is the best way to do this? Thanks.

Also if you are only suppressing the field, not the entire row based on the condition of the field itself being duplicated then you can use the 'suppress if duplicated' check box in the Format Field Common tab. It will display the field on the first row and on the first row of a subsequent page.
If you are suppressing a field based on the duplication of another field you can use that as the condition in the 'suppress if duplicated' option.
