This is a classic application of a cross-tab.  Look that up in the help file, or, better yet, in Brian's book.  You should be able to create this with the Cross-Tab Expert very easily.

Asif,
please follow the below steps

add all tables. create links between them as follows
   centre.centreid  ---> data.centreid
   acc_main.accmain ---> data.accmain
   acc_sub.accsub  ---> data.accsub
  acc_main.accsub ---> acc_sub.accsub

once u create links create group in following order

    data.centerid
          data.accmain
            data.accsub

now supress the group header #3

in the details sections  place the following fields
   data.accsub  data.dr1  data.cr1 .........................................

and the following report is generated

                                  karachi
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1000
           1001     100     0       100  0         200     0         200
           1002

                                  Lahore
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1000
           1001     1000   0       200  0         1200   0         1200
           1002

1100
           1101     0         200   0      1000    0        3000   3000
           1102

Dear Savan,

Let me use this method, I am using crystal reports 10.0, in which I use Cross Tab wizard to create the report.

my database is relational, and when I run CR cross tab wizard, in 3rd step when it ask for add Columns and Rows, there is also a SUMMARY FIELDS, in which we have to add atleast one row or column to make it summarized format. (that I don't want to summarize)

The method you told me about relations, so where i hv to put these relations? as my database is already relational.

As a note, if either your row or column identifier includes a value that is unique to each row (e.g., ACC_SUB), then the "summary" is just the value of the record.  A Sum of one value is just the value.  Used this way, the cross-tab can be used to provide a slightly different view of the data.  You may need to play around with the cross-tab expert, and try out different configurations, to get what you want.

Well Mr.Lugh

The record is not a unique, ACC_SUB may have the same value, because this is an accounting and finance related project, two accounts may have the same amount,.

The cross tab report also donot provide the entire solution of my problem, it just provide for a summary of some records in group format, therefore I am stilling searching the solution of my problem because my whole project depends on reports, as this is a financial reporting information system.

Mr. Lugh if you kindly send me your email i would like to share some information with you pertaining to this matter.

Have you found a solution to this problem? If not you may be able to handle this through multiple groups levels.
