Hi, is there a way to show only so many records from a file? I have been asked to run a report that has the top 100 most used parts. How do I do this without listing the entire file?   Thanks!

try using Report>>group sort expert
for that you need to group on part_id
and create a summary
count(part_id,part_id)
when you go to group sort expert
under for this group sort
choose top N.....
