Hi

Check your record selection formula filter, whether you are using any currentdate function to filter data.

Also check you any conditionaly suppressing formulas.

If the above is not addressing the issue, try to give more details about your report.

Datasourece / Database / explain a senario where you are getting more data.

Thanks,

Hi, I checked the groupings and I think the problem is on the specified order options.

my groups are based on an invoice due date, where if the invoice due date is before the first day of the current month its "past due" anything 6 months after its "Over 6 Months" anything within the current month is "Current" and anything else is the "Monthname". If i arrange it in ascending or descending order it will work, but when i use a specified order it will not.

do you think there is anyway to group it in order like this:

Past Due
Current
by month
Over 6 months

Thanks for your help
Thank You,
Antonio

Hi

You would have arrived 'Past due, current,by month, over 6 months' using a formula right ?

Now create one more formula like :

If {@formula} = 'Past Due' Then 1
Else
If {@formula} = 'Current' Then 2
Else
If {@formula} = 'By Month' Then 3
Else
If {@formula} = 'Over 6 Months' Then 4
Else
5

Insert group on the above formula insted of your previous formula and place your previous formula in group header to show the changed order in your report.

Try to Concatenate above formula and previous formula to disply correct grouping in your graph.

Thanks,
Sastry
