I have an stored procedure that give me 7 days date range excluding Sunday. I have this on my table

truck     date        in     qty
truck1    20140424    8:00    1
truck2    20140423    9:00    2
truck3    20140422    8:10    3
truck2    20140421    10:20   4
truck3    20140419    7:00    5
truck1    20140424    5:00    6
truck4    20140424    9:00    7

I have to accomplish this

       20140424 20140423 20140422 20140421 20140419
truck in   qty in   qty in   qty in   qty in   qty
truck1 8:00 1
truck2           9:00    2
truck3                     8:10 3
truck2                                10:20 4
truck3                                         7:00 5
truck1 5:00 6

Hi

-Create a fromula to concatenate IN AND QTY like

{IN}&" "&{QTY}

Now try to create a cross tab report and place truck in rows and place date, In&Qty as columns.

Place the above formula in summry fields and select maximum as summary and check

-Sastry

Thanks,
Sastry
