Ok, so what is the issue?  CR 2008 can export to text just fine.

in export option i have only excel word and rtf but i required text format

Bad install?  I am trying to remember if you can select which export options when you install CR. 

On my copy of CR 2008 I have about 17 ways to export.  This is CR designer and not a viewer?
