	I have these 3 fields {EInfo.hireDate} {EInfo.rehireDate} {EInfo.termDate} I want to chose which ever date is the most recent Want does the formula look like? Sorry for dumb question?

	something like if {EInfo.hireDate} > {EInfo.rehireDate} and {EInfo.hireDate} > {EInfo.termDate} then {EInfo.hireDate} else if {EInfo.rehireDate}>{EInfo.hireDate} and {EInfo.rehireDate} > {EInfo.termDate} then {EInfo.rehireDate} else if {EInfo.termDate} > {EInfo.hireDate}and {EInfo.termDate} > {EInfo.rehireDate} then {EInfo.termDate}

	2 words of caution this won't return anything if 2 have matching dates Unless your formula is set to use default values for nulls this will not evaluate for any row that any field is null.
