We have a report that pulls all the employee contacts from a whatever company ID is entered at the prompt. Here is the formula:
To accumulate contacts:
whileprintingrecords;stringvar contact;if not({Name_2.FIRST_NAME} + ' ' + {Name_2.MIDDLE_NAME} + ' ' + {Name_2.LAST_NAME} + ' ' + {Name_2.SUFFIX} ' ' + {Name_2.TITLE}
in contact)
then contact := contact + {Name_2.FIRST_NAME} + ' ' + {Name_2.MIDDLE_NAME} + ' ' + {Name_2.LAST_NAME} + ' ' {Name_2.SUFFIX} + ' ' + {Name_2.TITLE} +", ";

Before we added the Title it wouldn't differentiate between 2 people with the same name but different suffix. Once we added the title it worked and pulled both names.
Any idea how to fix this?

We actually don't want to display the title. Displaying the title was the only way to not get duplicates.   There shouldn't be duplicates if one person has a suffix and the other doesn't.

The problem is we have lots of people with the same name but they are Jr and Sr and it's not showing them both. Using just the first, middle and last won't work because that is the part of the name that is the same.
