Hi,
I am about to create a report and it has to have an index.
 
The index would be something like this;
 
Street Name         Page
Anderson Street    1
Howe Court           2
Squire Road          2
Wakeman Road     3
White Lane           4
 
 
Any idea where I would start or what is the best way this can be done? I have never done anything like this.
