Have you changed any thing in the report?
Have you updated Printer drivers or Priter devices?
If you are able to open the report using Crystal Report then,
Open the report in the designer and select File > Page setup
in the Page Options Select the check box "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size "
and In the "Unit" section
select "Inches" Radio button and specify the sizes.
AND
Check No Printer Option.
save the report into Server.
Before saving the report take a back up of old report.
