Go in Cross Tab report and place your field in row and see the results

Thanks for your reply.
Suppose I have a table (Sale Line) which have Item, Item Description, UOM, Quantity, Price etc fields....
I want to display these data columnarly.
suppose there are four lines(rows)in the table for a particular Sales order.
Now my report should display 1st three rows in the 1st page in Col1, Col2, Col3 and next page should print the last one line(row) in col1.

HI
Create a formula to bifurcate your columns like :
Example :
If {sales_order_details} = 'col1' or {sales_order_details} = 'col2' or {sales_order_details} = 'col3' Then '3coloumns'
else
'Others'
Now insert group on the above formula and place your corss tab in group header or group footer.
After placing, insert a new page before or after for that seciton to display in two different pages.

I checked up the requirement,
-Create cross tab
-Place your Item Number in Columns
-Place Description, qty, price and amount in summarized fields and see how it prints

How do I print my Level Captions and the no. of Column should be three in every page. How do I restrict too ?
