my data is like this

checktime-----------------------Attendance
2013-07-01 09:09:00.000------------P
2013-07-01 09:09:00.000------------      
2013-07-02 08:54:00.000------------P
2013-07-02 18:00:00.000------------      

i want this type of data              

checktime------------------------Attendance
2013-07-01 09:09:00.000-------------P
2013-07-02 08:54:00.000-------------P

if attendance is null then checktime is also show null

Hi Immad,
 
You want to suppress the Checktime rows whenever attendance value is Null. If yes, then
 
Write click on the section > Select section expert and in the suppress formula editor write the condition as below
If IsNull(Attendance_Field) then true.

well not exactly actullay

i write a formula ins forumla field that
If IsNull({command.Presents}) then isnull ({command.checktime})

means if attendance column show nothing then checktime column also show nothing but its not working also what u suggets me its alos not working

Change your formula as below
 
If IsNull({command.Presents}) then {command.checktime} = "";

Go in Report Menu--Recprd Selection Formulas--Record

Then give the formula

{attendence} = "P"
