Topic: surpress a field if group header is hidden using??
Posted: 15 Aug 2013 at 8:53am
Hi I am using a report where drilldown is OK
in group2 I display name and ID
if user clicks on name it displays dates for that name
I want to have a header if user drills down to the date but hide untill they drill down
Example
John Smith 123
Mary Smith 222
click on John Smith
John Smith
Date
8/15/13
Looking for that date header.
I must be missing something ..lol
Thanks In Advance
Joe

you can use a conditional suppress formula using the
drilldowngrouplevel
function

to suppress on report open use
drilldowngrouplevel = 0
Each time you drill into something the drilldowngrouplevel inreases by 1
