I am working on a report which pulls data from essentially 1 table payitem. 
eg:
entry|tsid|username|weekday|hrs|
1|1|bob|mon|3
2|1|bob|tues|4
3|1|bob|wed|3
4|1|bob|thur|4
5|2|dave|mon|2
6|2|dave|wed|5
7|3|jess|tues|7
8|3|jess|wed|4
9|4|jess|frid|4
10|4|jess|saturday|4

What I need is the sum of hrs for each tsid to display NEXT to each entry
eg:
entry|tsid|username|weekday|hrs|totalts
1|1|bob|mon|3|11
2|1|bob|tues|4|11
3|1|bob|wed|3|11
4|1|bob|thur|4|11
5|2|dave|mon|2|7
6|2|dave|wed|5|7
7|3|jess|tues|7|11
8|3|jess|wed|4|11
9|4|jess|frid|4|8
10|4|jess|saturday|4|8

My inital thought was to use a formula field with a while loop however I cannot work out how to write the formula.  The client wants to be able to export to excel and filter to show all entries on a timesheet(tsid) where the total number of hours for the timesheet exceed 38hrs.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
