 I am desining a report to show information to show jobs completed in a month.  After the work is complete for a specific job, the software we use restricts the ability to modify any information.

The powers that be (the people who think IT people are miricle workers) want to a add a customer survay to every job.  The best way from a data entry point is to create an adition task under the job number called "Survey".  We select the drop downs that apply to types of questions asked (depending on the type of services rendered) and then select the appropriate choice.

Once all of the data is entered and the report prints there will be two lines of data.  One for the actual services rendered, and one for the survey.

I would like the survay line surpressed from the report, and the survey results shown on the same line as the service rendered.

is this possible?

Hi

Yes, that is possible, go in design tab and check what fields you have on Survey line and can be dragged to your service line and check the results.
Thanks,

the "keys" dont match up.

the survey is given key 123 while the services rendered are assigned key 122

I did some more poking around in the database and I found a set of keys that I can use.

I'm thinking something like

if {table1.key} & {table2.Key} are the same then put {table1.data} with {table2.key}
