Created a report that lists data by city using a group header. Data is confined to one state.

My problem is that a city might show up at the bottom of the page and no data underneath because of lack of space.

looks like:

City
abc company
123 nain st.
anywhere, ST ZIP

However some pages look like:

City

top of next page:
   abc company
   123 main
   anywhere, ST Zip

How to move the city to the top of the next page if data cannot placed at the bottom under the city?
