Hello, in a report I have made a parameter to choose a customer. But I want also the option to choose all customers.

So one time I have to choose customer 1234 and the next time I want to choose all customers.

How do i fix that ?

Thanx.

is this a dynamic list you are choosing from or are you typing in a value?
if it is a list is it set to multi select or only one value?
Are you using 2008 (which allows for optional paramters)?

I'm making use of crystal reports 11.
Yes, it is a dynamic list.
It is now set that you can choose only one value.

you have to add in an 'All' option to your LOV.
you can do this in your source table, in a stored proc or in a crystal command.
usually a union query.
you will need to matchthe data type so you might choose to use a 0 if it is numeric.
once you have it then you make your select statement (using zero as an 'all' option) as
(?param=0
or
?param=field)
