declares a report variable as:
1- shared
2 - data type of numbervar (numeric)
3-assigns the name of 'Mhours'

So that Should show up some where in the report then Right.

I'm working on a report that some else did and I can't find where this is being set in the report.

Could it get pulled from a different report?

Thanks

they may be using it in another formula or a passing it to a sub report or added into keep track that a shared variable being used in the sub report already used that name?
that one lineĀ of a formula really did not do anything other than define that it exists. It was not setting the value of it.
