Hello,

I am building a simple report made out of three tables. Table one contains packing list header info (address etc), table two contains packing list data (line items, qty shipped etc) and the third table contains tracking info data (tracking numbers etc)

I am having a problem of doubled records in details when there's more than one tracking number associated with the same packing slip number (all tables connected by packslip# field)

The report is grouped by the customer PO, the details contain the item number and the quantity shipped. What should I do for the records not to be doubled or tripled?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

Try to change the join type from inner to left outer or right outer and check the data. Still, if you are getting douplicate records then Insert one more gorup on Item# and suppress details and place all fields on Item grop footer.
Thanks,
