I have several fields that are all ready using the summary by checkdate.

I now want to have a total that adds all the summary fields up Im getting this error There must be a group that matches this field?

Can some one help thanks

your using a 'condition' on a summary. that is not the way to conditionally summarize, it thinks the condition is a group which is allowed.

Running totals
shared variable formula or
formuals to zero out the unwanted items
e.g. if field = x the 1 else 0
