we are using Business Objects XIR3.1 and back end database is SQL server 2008. we have almost 18 Crystal reports(Developed in Crystal Reports 10) which were working fine before we made a change.

Attachment1(CR1) is how the reports database configuration was in CMC when the reports were running fine .

and Attachment2(CRS) is how we changed it to make the ODBC use a password for crystal reports.


these reports after this change are acting up on BO Server. when i run one of the changed report, the first time it does not bring any data it just show the blank page with fields names. but when the second time i run the report using the same parameters values it brings the data.

i tried to run the same reports on my local machine in Crystal Reports Client. it works fine on that and brings the data the first time the report is run.

Any help would be appreciated.
