	In Record Sort Expert I have a sales record for five employee's. I want to group them by descending order by sales amount but the sort fields arrows are shaded as is the Sort Direction, is this because it is a group within a group? Help

	is teh sales amount a field or an aggragate amount that you summed at a group level? I am guessing it is a group level sum. If so you can use the group sort expert to sort the grouip values asc or desc. Note that only summaries that can be created via the insert summary function will work in the group sort expert.
