{IDENTIFIER_TYPE.Code} in  {@clint_ident}



where  {@clint_ident}   = "28" or "29" or "30" or "14"

I don't understand your question completely.
not sure how you are using a where clause  to define the @client ...
 
why not just use
{IDENTIFIER_TYPE.Code} in ["28","29","30","14"]
