I have several forms that print line items from inventory. When the line items go above one page they start printing one line item per page, So for instance 25 line items print on the pre printed form

then 26 prints on a new page
27 prints on a new page

and so on...

I want to set it up so that it prints 25 per page???

I'm confused. Why does line 26 and after print on its own page. Shouldn't each page print 25 lines per page? What is the reason for the remaining pages acting differently?

I don't know? When two many line items are sent to print it sends one line item per page after the first page so>

It prints a full first page and then one line item per page after that.

I can't find the settings to force all the additional line items to continue on the next page instead of one per page.

OK, here are some suggestions on where to look:

Report Header properties.  The Report Header is the only thing that reliably prints on only the first page.

Group Header and Group Footer properties.  I can't think of anything off-hand that could actually be a problem here.  But, again, it's something that could be on your first page (or not on your first page).  Also, check your Group properties about keeping the group together.

Page Header and Page Footer properties.  Especially if there are conditional suppressions on either.
