I've got a really strange issue. One person in my company wrote a custom report using Crystal Reports. The report works fine on most computers withing the office (approximately 30) but there are two computers on which the report does not give us the option to choose a printer other than the printer that is locally attached to the computer on which the report was written.
This appears to be an issue related to the two computers because if the user logs onto another computer and tries to print the same report, they are presented with, and allowed to choose any printer that is configured on that computer. But when those two users attempt to print from their own computer, the only printer that shows up is the printer that was on the computer on which the report was originally created... and that printer is not a network printer, nor is it shared, nor available to anyone else on the network.
Has anyone ran across anything like this in the past? Have any ideas? Please help!
Thanks
