Hello and thanks for looking at my post.

My issue is that when some users run my report the calendar buttons don't work and manually entering them does appear in the field however you can't click "OK" so the report won't run . Almost as if its not allowing him access to the date range parameter. However other users can use the buttons or enter manually and run the report. This is on Epicor 9, Crystal 2008, OLE connection to a my sql server.

any suggestions on why it is doing this?

Thank you for the response, however I don't believe that to be my issue; I'll look into this further and post an answer if i find one.
