Hello

I am trying to setup a label run for Avery L7163 labels. i have setup the below:

Details A - STU_NAME
Details B - @ADD1 (formula converting field to Propercase)
Details C - @ADD2
Details D - @ADD3
Details E - @ADD4
Details F - @ADD5
Details G - STU_HAPC

I have then grouped by DPT_CODE and then STU_CODE. I have also suppresed blank sections.

When i run the report from Infoview the first few are fine but then the alignment goes out so the name of STU X is appearing on the previous label etc.

Any ideas?

I've tried everything i can think of and am now tearing my hair out as I know it's going to be something simple!

Thanks

Right Click on the Field in Crystal Application->Format Field-> Common Tab->Check Can Grow Box->Enter 1 in Maximum Number of lines
OR
Check Lock position and size Box in same Tab

Please clear me that, Details A-G are columns in Details Section, Right?
And You have 2 Groups, Can you explain a bit, which fields going out of alignment and where they are located(section)? Thanks

Hello

It's not exactly the alignment, basically what is happening is the first few labels are fine but then the name and address on the next label startss to creep onto the previous label. I've checked the label dimensions on page setup and it is all fine. Completely stumped now!

Do you have the address fields in separate sections, with the sections set to suppress if blank?  If so, that is what is causing the addresses to creep up.
