I designed a Preprinted Forms report, but in client's printer it is not properly printed, but in my printer it works fine. is there any issue with Print Width specification of the printer.
My Printer : TVS-E MSP 455 XL Classic Print Method : Serial Impact Dotmatrix Print Width : 136 No of Pins : 24
Client's Printer : Epson lq590 Print Method : Impact Dotmatrix Print Width : 80 No of Pins : 24

My experience with our clerk computers is yes, they make a difference, I would try and find same hardware; we tend to find it on ebay for $5 for a working printer.
