I've seen a few topics regarding this but all seem to start from part way through and i get lost. I've only been doing CR for a few years and whilst some parts i find easy, others just baffle me.
We are currently using pre Printed Stationery which has the Terms and Conditions on the back of each page. We would like to move to printing out the terms on condiitons on the back of each page. So if we have two pages on invoiced goods, the sequence would be Print Page 1, Print T&C's, print Page 2, Print T&C's.

Could anyone help please.

This is not too difficult.

1.  Create a second page header section that will print ONLY on the even numbered pages.  Put your T&C text in this section.

2.  Go to the Section Expert.

3.  Select the new Page Header section and click on the button to the right of "Suppress"  (do NOT check the Suppress checkbox!).

4.  In the formula, enter the following:

PageNumber mod 2 > 0

This will suppress the section if the report is not on an even numbered page.
5.  If you have a Page Header section that you do NOT want to print on the even-numbered pages, select the section and click on the Suppress formula button as in step 3.  Enter the following:

PageNumber mod 2 = 0

If you make the new page header section tall enough (roughly paper size - top and bottom margins from Page Setup - height of page footer section), then you probably don't have to do anything else to get this to come out correctly.  However, if you get data or anything else on the T&C page that you don't want to have, you can suppress those sections using the same formula as in step 5 above.
