I have a report consisting of horizontal width 15" and vertical 8.5" i like to print this report on a4 paper how is that possible ? when i print my report it cuts all the extra width on a4 paper

This depends on which version of Crystal you're running. If you're on 2008 or 2011 (possibly XI, but I don't have a copy to check it), go to the File menu and select Page Setup. In the middle of the screen, turn on "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size".
