Hello Everyone this is my first post so be nice.

At my office we are upgrading our system, we are installing new softwares hardwares etc. I am a systems and network guy. But i need to fix some things with crystal reports so i need your help.

Setup: We have a DB2 database on one server which is connected to a terminal server where we have our new software installed. The new software comes with crystal reports launcher and some predefined reports. But one of the departments want to modify these reports. so they asked me to find out how to do this. They agreed to send someone from our department for training on crystal reports. But i am not sure if we will be able to change those predefined reports.
Can somebody tell me if it is possible and what software i need for that?
