Hi i have developed a crystal report in which i amusing Billdate as a groupname .description and credit debit..
 
group is being printed and details records under the group everything is fine . but some time the group footer is coming on top of a page . and group heder is coming last line of the page .. how to avoide this . kinldy help me on this .. how to resolve this issue  .
 
please come up with a quick turn around  .

Right-click on the group header section and select "Change Group".  Turn on "Keep Together" for the group.

If i create one like that some time report page will have lots of spaces in each pages .. its looks very bad to see the report ..
 
please advice me on this ..

Also try with section expert -- Keep together option for your group header and group footer

That's the problem with groups - Keep Together is the only way to resolve your initial issue of having a group header at the bottom of a page and the actual data starts on the next page.  However, Keep Together can cause some other issues.
