	I need to be able to suppress the current date while still calling yeartodate. Unfortunetely even if the slighest bit of data is found it creates another month. Thanks in Advance!

	by suppress you mean exclude? table.date in yeartodate and table.date < currentdate

	Thanks so much, that will fix it as long as the report is schduled the first day of the month. What if it runs after the first day of the month?

	so you mean you want to exclude the current month not the current day as initall posted? {table.date} in yeartodate and not({table.date} in monthtodate)
