I need a way of showing the most recent score from a selection.

I have a group of properties and they and rated every year in our database, what we want to see if the most recent score. The score date and the score are in the same table but all I have been able to work out the full list of all dates and scores for that property or the most recent date with the highest score (which is necessarily the most recent)

Hope that makes sense, any suggestions very welcome!
