Hi,

I have an item on my report that i am trying to total if another item displays a specific word.

Example:

Items On My Report

@WorkGroupType
WOSUB.SUBDWN

I want to total the sum of 'WOSUB.SUBDWN' if @WorkGroupType = ' Plnned Activity' if not zero

can someone please help me write this for CR

use a running total

summarize - wosub.subdwn - sum
evaluate - formula @workgrouptype - 'Planned Activity'
reet for entire report
