If these files are not in Programs and Features where would they be to delete them? And of course they are not under all programs on the start menu under neither crystal reports nor business objects.

You said nothing about CR XI R2 - you said CR 9 and CR 2008. First I would make sure that all of the folders containing anything Crystal under C:\Program Files are deleted. Make note of what the folder names are, though.
If just deleting the files/folders does not solve the problem, you'll have to do some manual registry cleanup. Run regedit and search for the folders that you deleted. Delete any keys that have values containing the path to those folders or that have "Crystal" in the name.
